Summer and winter alike, the alpavera holiday home is an ideal starting point for experiencing the mountains of the Montafon valley. With the spacious holiday flat “Gentiana” (4 – 8 persons) and the small compact holiday flat “Soldanella” (2 – 4 persons) the house fulfills different requirements. For the extended family or a larger group of friends both apartments can be rented together.
Gentiana
The spacious holiday apartment “Gentiana” boasts more than 140 m² of living space on two floors. It offers three double bedrooms and one room for two persons (single beds), all with balcony, two toilets, kitchen, one bathroom with double washbasin and large shower, second bathroom with finnish sauna, a dining room and a living room for 4 to 8 persons each. In the garage there is a heated ski room with boot dryer, shared with the second apartment. A lockable garage space, a covered terrace and plenty of outdoor areas are also available.
Soldanella
The apartment “Soldanella” comprises approx. 47 m² of living space in the basement with its own parking place and access. A double bedroom with a large window, a combined kitchen/living-room with kitchenette and sofa bed (separately extensible for two persons, total width 1.8 m) as well as a bathroom with shower, infrared cabine and toilet for 2 persons are waiting for you. The “Soldanella” has its own access path from the car park and a terrace in the entrance area. In winter, the apartment can also be reached via the ski room on the ground floor and stairs. The heated ski room which includes a shoe dryer is shared with the other apartment.
